My New Acer Monitor Has Bright Blacks

So this week I bought two of these. http://www.microcenter.com/product/475058/K212HQL_207_LED_Widescreen_Display_Monitor When I plugged them in yesterday I noticed that my desktop background looked much brighter than it does on my main monitor. http://www.microcenter.com/product/437546/B286HK_28_4K_UHD_Monitor It there anyway to make the blacks look any darker?
