Long story short a friend brought the wrong code on g2a can he refund it?

Probably not... I wouldnt accept a refund for a code considering there is no way to tell if the buyer used it or not... just curious what game did he buy

long story short he is bed ridden for awhile after an accident and only has an xbox 360 he brought black ops 2 season pass for steam when he meant to buy it for xbox 360.
