Best Pressure optimized 120mm fan?

I have a decent deepcool PWM fan designed for watercooling (fully square, very nice)

I know Noctua is pretty much the best but I'd need to spend $30(fan) + $10(white bits) so about $50 with taxes and shipping

Any good alternatives with either NO leds or RGB?

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

Grab a Fractal Design Venturi HP-12 for $15. It's just behind the NF-F12 and similar high-end fans and is pretty cheap

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Corsair SP120 RGB or EK Vardar fans, both are pretty damn quite, and you've got your pick of RGB or no RGB.

I've got two SP120's, and running them at just below 1400RPM (roughly 100% of what both the SP120s and Vardar 1400RPM fans are rated for), they're not very noticeable. When I tested them before putting them on my rad, they were nearly silent, putting them up to my ear.

JaysTwoCents tested the Vardar fans, 1400RPM, and I believe the 1850RPM and 2200RPM models, and all that he tested were whisper quite as well.

But no matter what fan you choose, you'll get noise just from moving air through the radiator. How much of a problem it is depends on how fast you run your fans. The issue can be alleviated by running more rad space, and subsequently fans, at a lower speed.

I'd love to snag one but they cost $80 + tax for 3 so very similar to noctua.

Newegg or Amazon, most likely. If not, see if a local shop can special order them for you.

If I used corsair RGB fans could I sync  them with my K70 using CUE?

I don't have an RGB header so...

You need Corsair's RGB controller anyways. Neither my Gaming Pro Carbon or NZXT Hue+ have pins long enough to make contact with the RGB connector on the SP120's.

How does the control work then?  I have a teeny tiny case so I can't fit a large fan controller

You won't need a fan controller if you just want fan functionality. I run my SP120's without the RGB controller, but I also intend on getting a controller eventually.

It's a 3pin, and any fan controller will get it spinning. You would just need to get an SP120 with a controller in the box, or the set of 3 (as it comes with it), and it doesn't look horrendously big.

Oh, ok thats great.  The NZXT hue seems rather large so I was concerned.  Out of all the RGB options corsair seems the best in price/perf

The Hue+ is about 2 and a half SSDs stacked on top of each other, and it requires a molex. Hopefully, Corsair uses SATA power, and it looks like it's half the thickness.
