SAMSUNG aircon

any has this particular samsung aircon ? it has a button on the controller which turns on some virus killer or something and a light is supposed to be lit up in the aircon but now there is non. and i was wondering how to connect this to the wifi so i can use samsungs remote app i red online to push 2nd floor on the remote but it does nothing. halp? and idk why the thing has a gap in that picture with the model # and stuff
