How would I go about changing all the notes in a song to one note?

So I found this hilarious parody of All Star by Smash Mouth where all the notes were in C and I thought it was absolutely hilarious. I'm not promoting anything, I'm trying to figure out how I might go about doing it myself. Would anyone possibly know how to do this?
