Issues when attemping to redeem code from GTX 10 Series purshase.

I bough a GTX 1080 from Nvidia this past March 14 that included a For Honor or Ghost Recon Wildlands game, but where is the code to redeem it?
I tried something called Serial Number that came through my email to confirm my purshase but that number didn't work :? IDK what to do ...

Need to registered your card or something to redeem it. Serial number is on the card not your e-mail. Try contacting Nvidia support and see what they can do.
