Noob Question about Windows 10 OEM

The question is if I bought a OEM version of windows 10 and install it on my hard drive then in the future I will replace that hard drive with SSD will I able to use that license key again? its just a storage replacement, because currently I can only buy a hard drive.

Yes.

you can just clone the drive and anything will be fine.

AFAIK OEM keys are locked to a certain motherboard, so unless you switch that, it should be fine.

Windows 10 will lock itself on your motherboard, you shouldnt need to activate it again by key.

That is true if your system uses UEFI. If it's a traditional BIOS, you'll still need to manually enter the key every time. My AMD system asks every time I reinstall Windows 8 or 10.
