overheating Weird CPU Temps (i7 6700k w/ Cryorig H7)

So i have this weird problem with my CPU temps. Most of the time on idle its 30 to 35 degrees Celsius but sometimes it goes up to 40, 50 or even 60 and i'm not even stressing it that hard.

Does anyone know why this is?

I almost always have Firefox, Skype, Discord and SpeedFan open.

Intel Core i7 6700k @ Stock Speeds

Cryorig H7 cooler (with Cryorig CP7 thermal compound installed)

ASRock Z270 Killer SLI

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 @ 3000MHz

EVGA Geforce GTX 1070 8GB SC

WD Green 240GB SSD & 500GB HDD

Xilence Performence A+ 730W

Phanteks Eclipse P400S Tempered Glass, White (with stock fans, yes i know i need an upgrade)

Sounds about normal. Care to post screenshot when it hits 60C? Watching Flash videos is one thing that can spike temps. Also loading heavy sites or multiple software does that. In any case, 60C is still low. I think your max is close to 70C and you should get worried when it hits 90C.
