Temperature recordings were taken using the Noctua NH-D14 for the LGA 1151 test system, Cryorig R1 Ultimate for the LGA 2011-3 system, and Noctua NH-D15 for the AM4 system.

I have a Ryzen build with an 1800X and I have been wondering how the thermals are under load with a Noctua NH D15 cooler.  While I have liquid cooled in the past mostly with my 280mm Corsair H115i I really wanna try the Noctua D15 as I've heard nothing but good things from it both from a noise and cooling standpoint.  I plan to OC the 1800X no higher than 4.0GHz (that is if I can even hit it stability wise not a huge deal breaker for me tbh). Thanks for any info.

Case will be an NZXT Noctis 450 as well.
