How to set my SSD as primary?

Amer

Migrate/clone your HDD to your SSD, so all the programs get moved to the SSD.

Go into your bios, and change the boot device order.

That's just the main partition on that drive, meaning you can install an OS to it because it's partition table in is MBR format. To install games or programs to an SSD you need to set the install location. In steam you need to add a game library location and with software you'll need to change the install location in the wizard.

My main computer:

i7 6700k || GTX 1070 || Asus Z170 RGB || C.M. Hyper 212 EVO || 16GB RAM || 256GB NVMe SSD || 500GB SATA SSD || 12TB total HDD || Define R5 Blackout || 850W PSU

More Details Below :)

Primary Partition means you can install an OS on it. If you notice on your C: drive, it says "Prima" before getting cut off.

Most programs that install default to C:\.

They both say Primary tho? I don't get it? I just wanna use the Drive D to store videos
