Windows can´t see laptop keyboard & mouse or sound

Hi!

My friend recently got a virus on his laptop, a Lenovo ideapad 100S, and I, the ever dutiful friend, got my USB stick and re-installed windows. because that fixes everything.

But it didn't.

There are many "Unknown devices" in Device manager and i have no idea what to do, but i have tried selecting update the software. It isnt hardware, because i booted it on a Ubuntu Live USB, and everything worked.

Bow down to me humans.

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.

Also, be a sport and mark the correct answer as the correct answer. It will help pour souls in the future when they are stuck and need guidance.

have you installed all of the proper drivers from lenovo in the correct order?
