Best Buy for case fans?

I was wondering if anyone has tried the insignia 120 mm case fans. I have an extra 60 bucks and they don't offend my eyes

Ryzen 5 1600 @3.85 ghz w/ stock Wraith Spire Cooler

Asus Prime X370-Pro ATX AM4 Motherboard

XFX Radeon Rx 480 Rs Graphics Card

8gb (2 x 4gb )ddr4 2400 HyperX Fury ram

Phanteks Eclipse p400s Tempered Glass Edition ATX Mid Tower

They're generic fans that aren't loud but don't push much air. For $10, there are plenty of better fans.

What are you getting new fans for?

Yeah I ended up buying 3 Thermaltake Riing 12 fans instead.
