rainbow six siege crash at startup?

my game crashes at startup, it's just like screen become black for a moment and immediately disappear. the app process dead and no crash report. seems like i never run it. i have tried re install, compatibility, administrator, disable ingame overlay and cloud save crap, nothing works. 
what should i do now?

Try a different display driver.

i dont think it's a driver problem, cause my friend run this game fine with a 2016 nvidia driver...

my graphics driver is up to date and working fine with other ubi games btw.

Oh right, give it a go anyway. It may be your driver along with another program/update that you have and you friend does not.
