How can I completely delete or wipe a ssd in windows 10 due to a virus or malware infection?What free tools can I use?

just format it

I also did that many times already but it's the the best way. My cpu  and ram usage is high even no applications are open.

It's actually called secure erase. It works by writing zeroes to every sector of a hard drive or SSD. It is possible that it might not delete something on a sector that the controller has designated as bad, but it will delete enough data that no virus is going to have enough of itself left to actually do anything.
