  • 1 year later...

  • The Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

Can this dock my pc power

snip*

Why on earth are people recommending FX processors? O_o

Darn thing bottlenecks even a 280X.

Anyways, here's the type of build you should be aiming for:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  (£179.99 @ Amazon UK)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler  (£67.98 @ Ebuyer)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (£60.56 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (£44.99 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 380X 4GB Video Card  (£189.98 @ Aria PC)
Power Supply: XFX TS 750W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply  (£64.94 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £673.84
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
Generated by PCPartPicker 2015-12-14 00:01 GMT+0000

Price of your monitor and case not included.

Also, don't get h80i. Noctua NH-D15 is cheaper and far better. AIO don't make sense unless you go for the extreme 280mm ones. Plus, NH-D15 has less of chance of failure. A hunk of metal won't over break. Meanwhile with AIO, you'll have to worry about the pump dying, water leaking, and worst of all (at least for me) pump noise.

Feel free to ask me why I chose specific parts.
