Am4 compatibility

Regarding this news will Zen 2 and Zen 3 support current AM4 motherboards?  I was thinking of buying Asrock x370 K4 and some R5 cpu, and later upgraded it to Zen 3...

From the article I think that Zen 2 will be compatible but with Zen 3 they will release Am4+ socket, so Zen 3 won't go into current boards, probbably  on revision boards.
