30$ Air coolers

JGod01

Is the Hyper 212X the best in the 30-40$ range air coolers? Planning to buy an air cooler on a tight budget. :S

The Deepcool Gammaxx400 is just as good, if not slightly better for cheaper.

SE-214X and SE-204K

http://www.pureoverclock.com/Review-detail/id-cooling-dual-air-cooling-review-se-204k-and-se-214-x/

There another version of SE-214X which is the SE-214C. It features led fan.

Fyi the SE-214X/SE-214C costs about $25 here while the SE-204K costs $36.

Edit: Id-cooling liquid AIO coolers offer good performance, still at the lowest price (in Malaysia) among other competitors.

PureOverclocks review is worthless since it lacks comparison to other coolers from graph. But others did show interesting results. 204K being disappointing with price, and 214X being surprise with the price. I'll add latter to my list of suggestions for budget cooler.

It depends since pricing and availability fluctuates. What kind of dollars are you using and what cpu are you cooling?

Its about same with 212 in performance and noise, but has much better ram and case compatibility.
