Does the Intel Core I5 7500 come with a stock cooler?

So I thinking of buying an Intel Core i5 7500 but will this come with a stock cooler or will I have to buy one. If I do what do you recommend I have a Gigabyte Z170 Designare and a Corsair 750D Airflow edition with a 700w FSP hydro psu.

Are you sure the BIOS on the board is updated? 

If not, go for a last gen 6700k

Did you buy that board already? Z series mobo allow overclocking while i5 7500 is a locked cpu and can not overclock

 

Also that board doesn't have qflash plus to update bios without a cpu so any 7th gen is unusable. You need 6th gen cpu

Preferably one with K at the end to able to ovetclock like i5 6600k

 

And all K cpu doesn't have stock cooler

Am i able to buy like a 6th gen intel core i3 and update the bios so i can use the intel core i5? and I only brought the mother board with a Z because I was thinking about upgrades to a K CPU. And if i can update the BIOS with a 6th Gen Core i3 how do i do that?
