corrupted campaign files

when i play kunlun mountains on bf4 just as i take the first elevator with irish, dima and the 2 prisoners, the ground doesnt load and the characters glitch through and fall, teleport back up and that keeps happening

Have you tried using the repair option in origin to fix the damaged files.
