Ghetto Laptop Repair Tip: Superglue + Paper towel = Fiberglass

Broke one of the plastic posts in your laptop and don't want to buy a new part? Drip superglue over the area, and press a paper towel on it, forming it to the shape of the broken post. Poke it with a toothpick to get it in place. Do couple more layers if you wish.

 

Then let it dry.

I've done this to customer's laptops that couldn't afford a new part, and they've all said that its been holding together perfectly.
