Supermicroboard wont boot in to bios

So i bought a supermicro server borad to play around with, but decided to get unraid on it, after many hours of fiddling around with getting it to boot from bios, i found a half decent way to do it.

it requires 2 boots to get it to boot from the usb drive, and i need to in the bios the second time, problem is now it wont recognize when i hit delete on boot, i have teste with both usb and ps/2 keyboard with no help.

i pulled the cmos battry and botted it, but no changes after tha. 

I really wanna get this server up and running soon, anyone have any tips for me?

GPU: random nvidia 512 mb card PSU: Coolermaster B500 Case: NZXT Phantom S240 Addons: NZXT LXE Fancontrol Intel quad gigabit eterhernet card.

Well it for sure doesn't help when we don't even know what board it is, cpu, and ram. I do know that some AMD supermicro boards hate booting from USB.

how long did you wait?

server motherboard take like a solid 60 seconds to POST sometimes.

well i posts, it just wont go to bios and i cant get unraid to boot unlees i get in to the bios and change boot priority :(
