The remote device or resource won't accept the connection.

About ten times a day, sometimes multiple times an hour, sometimes every few hours, my Internet stops working and when I start Troubleshooting it tells me "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection.", after 1-3 minutes it just starts working again without me doing anything. The only way to force it is to disable whatever network device I am currently using and enable it again. (I sometimes use Wifi and sometimes LAN).

 

Any idea on how to get it solved permanently?
