What mistakes have you made while online shopping? I did the dumb thing and ordered an item on Friday with "1-3 business day shipping"....

I just did that for my Nexus 5 :(

When I bought my Raspberry Pi I didn't notice the section to add accessories to the base board and instead bought them all separate. I ended up spending 104$ vs 65$.

It took my Chinese made stuff about 2 :/. Once I bought a camera for 500 bucks and then it said free one day shipping, or pay for two day shipping. One day was a special offer but I spent 15 bucks on two days shipping. Then when I Turned on the camera I noticed odd flashes on the screen. Had to return it :/

Weekends don't count as business days.

And? Worst case scenario is that you get your stuff in wednesday then

I'm impatient when it comes to shipping. I always check up on things. And seeing package tracking saying "Preparing for Sipment" for three whole days isn't fun.

Bought a battery from Hong Kong off ebay. Bad idea. Took 7 weeks to get here, died after 3 full charges. Wasted 70 dollars.

I don't buy off ebay anymore, takes way too long for shipping.

Only trust Google, Amazon, Newegg, NCIX, Futureshop, and Chapters/Indigo/Coles.

Dude i live in Aus, its not like I'm on the other side of the world

I've had something similar, except they gave me free express shipping and it arrived at Melbourne airport the next day. It was a 7850 and it died 3 weeks after arrival.

I have rechargeable batterys for the Xbox controllers and they work great (they were a proper brand though, I think they are Venom) but got them cheap haha from eBay from Hong Kong.

Asia sells cheap stuff, but the shipping takes forever, so I don't buy from Asia.
