Why is my PC so loud

TubsAlwaysWins

Ok so im trying to figure out why my PC is so 'loud'. I went into the BIOS and put all fans at 10%. That completly stopped 3 of my fans and put my NF-F12's at a extremely low speed, causing really high temps. Now there are 3 case fans running. My NF-F12's, and a Antec Moplex fan. Stopping the fan with my finger makes no noise difference. Stopping my NF-F12's makes no noise difference. Acccording to a DB meter on my phone it is at around 50DB. My GPU fans arent spinning, so it can't be that.

So is my PSU the loudest thing in this system?  Like WTF

If you've tried unplugging literally every fan, optical drive, and hard drive then I guess your PC is haunted. xD

What power supply do you have?

a EVGA SuperNova Nex 650G or something

That would be my guess (I don't think it has a silent mode).
