Someone recommend me a 1080p monitor

Want to use it for a PS4 pro so low input lag is a must. And as cheap as possible. HDR is a bonus. Looking for one around the 32 inch range

Okay so my friend changed his mind he wants a 1080p IPS or VA panel must be low input lag, not sure how to change the title but if a mod can change it to 1080p it would be appreciated
