Thoughts about the Samsung curved monitor for gaming

I'd like to know what you think about this monitor:

It as amd freesync which i think will go nicely with my future rx480 

 

Fairly low response time too.

Is this monitor good?

Have you used it?

Would you recommend me to try it?

Is the curve any good?

It's a good monitor but it depends on what games you play. If you play FPS games then you would be better of with a 144Hz monitor instead. The Iiyama G-Master GB2488HSU-B2 for example it's an 144Hz monitor with AMD Freesync.

For such a small monitor I wouldn't recommend a curve unless it was say an ultrawide as they don't get as much benefit.
