Freenas Setup Help

I installed freenas on one of my old pc.

my windows pc cannot view or access it in the network.

Please show how to configure it.thank you!

I can access it through the web browser, I followed some tutorials online but I guess its an old version that's why I can't follow/

Did you add the ip in map a next work drive in explorer?

 

What freeNAS version are you running/

nope, i have version FreeNAS-9.10.2, can you tell me the basic on how to configure it for windows sharing starting from the web UI?

if i rember right all you have to do is make a share under smb shares. 

 

Then type the ip and share into explorer.
