I think it is time to buy a new fan for my computer

So I get to hear this sound every time I turn my pc on. The strange part is that it stops after a minute or too.

I just moved the CPU wiring away from the fan, but that is not the case here.

As I can see from the video you have a hyper212 evo. It has a sleeve bearing fan, which means that the fan isn't as durable as others (which have better bearings).

i also have a xigmatek fan that i spray painted. So i am just going to guess it that one.
