Looking for a good Audio App

Hey guys I'm trying to look for a good music app. Right now I am using Google play music and it has been okay but I miss having the ability to change and create play lists on my PC like I tunes and I have had play lists on Google play music randomly disappear before.

 So really just looking for something to help organize my music. Also just for extra info I download all of my music so streaming apps are really not my thing.

Keep in mind that music you downloaded through Google Play won't be able to be played back at any other player, since it's DRM protected.

Poweramp. Its paid app, but worth it. I went through 15+ apps when searching for something equivalent to Foobar on Android. Poweramp is close enough.
