*URGENT* MOBO wont detect capture or sound card

It seems like ive spent more time on these forums than i have on my pc.

After getting my OS installed, reseating my RAM, partitioning my hard drives and downloading Teamspeak, etc, I then realise my bloody sound card (soundblaster ZXR) and capture card (Elgato HD60 PRO) arent working.

Neither are detected in the bios or control panel, i cant download any drivers because the pc hasnt detected the hardware to install the original ones.

This whole build is turning into one repetitive bloody nightmare.

Does anybody have any idea or suggestion for me?

Have you tried them one-by-one and in different slots? Try clearing CMOS too. If they are PCIe cards, test them in slots which you know are working (like the one GPU uses).
