Hey, guys. I'm looking to get an ultrawide monitor with Freesync in the near future. I'm looking at the Acer XR342CK and the LG 32UC88. Which do you think would be the better buy?

the LG, Much taller

Uh what? They're the same size/shape. Unless you're thinking of the 38UC99?

I'd get the LG, the colours are more accurate and I don't like the "gaming" look at all.

One of the panels on the Amazon description has stand included and the other doesn't misread

One of them was 21 inch for height with a stand included (it doesn't say though it's just vauge) and the Acer just says 14" and that's without the stand so I got confused by the stock dimension on the product description

They definitely both have stands, they're just being measured differently.

Honestly I'm leaning towards the LG 'cuz it looks much sleeker lol. Also like the more bezel-less look.

Yeah I've got a flat LG ultrawide and it's awesome, the screen is amazing and the whole ID is really clean.

I have the LG monitor and can say that there is pretty much no light bleeding. I don't know about the acer but this is pretty rare with an ultrawide. Very happy with my monitor!
