Be quiet Dark Power Pro 11 550w vs Corsair RM550x

Hi,

I am looking to purchase either a Be quiet Dark Power Pro 11 550w or Corsair RM550x for my new build and wondering which one people would recommend and why?

First, make sure that 550 Watts is plenty for your build. I'd go with the be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 550W because it has 80+ Platinum Efficiency and it has more essential connectors than the Corsair RM550x. Also, I'm pretty sure it will run quieter.

The Dark Power Pro P11 is way more expansive and higher quality than the Corsair is....

 

But boht are more than plenty for any single GPU/CPU System...

With wild overclocking they may reach its limit...

The RMx is so much cheaper it would make sense to buy that in my opinion.

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.
