Playing WoW, BF1, Skyrim, couple other fps as well.  Are these good? Or are there any other recommendations?  Looking to stay within 350 to 375 USD and 27 inch, 1440p.  Currently running a 960 but will possibly be upgrading to a 1070 in the future.

Top one. It has a 144 Hz refresh rate meaning a max of 144 FPS and is LED with a 1 MS response time. Use this if you have a good graphics card.
