Best choice for new ssd

Hi,

 

My actual SSD is nearly full so I'm planing to buy a new one but I dont know what is the best to do :

1. Buy 2 smaller SSDs and put them in raid 0
2. Buy 1 bigger SSD

Hope you can help me

One bigger SSD. Raid0 is super duper unreliable - one drive fails (which when they're being hammered like in R0 happens) and bam, the entire array and all of your data is gone.

I woud go with one bigger ssd, i use raid 0 on hdd(barracudda) it works, but if one fails you lose all your data, i only put single player games on so i dont really care, but everybody needs to know for himself, raid is just more trubelsome then it shoud be.

It would not be sensible data. Only games. Are MX300 and 850 Evo / Pro equals in terms of price/performance ? Is it some others good SSDs ?

MX300 is good for the money, but Samsung are the best-in-class.
