Will My R9 280x Display 4k at 60Hz?

Yup, just use the mini-DisplayPorts.

So I have the Powercolor Turbo Duo R9 280X... Not for gaming, just office type work... Would it display the right refresh rate on a monitor like this: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16824025363

Edit: I know on the box it says it supports 4k. But I have heard things like only at 30Hz.

GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

It will support 4K 60 Hz over DisplayPort.

Awesome! Thanks guys. I am about to bite the bullet on a monitor similar to the one I linked (different brand same specs) and wanted to make sure my GPU would support it (I just don't game any more and think a monitor like this would be a much better upgrade over my current 1080p monitor).

As long as you don't game on it then it will be fine. You will be able to display 4K @ 60Hz.

A game like Team Fortress 2 would be more than fine on an R9 280X at 2160p at 60fps+.

Haha yeah, I will just use my 1080p monitor if I want to game. Which I never really have time for anymore. I am always doing school work on my PC 4-6 hours a day. Might as well be looking at crispy text. Lol.

In that case you might also want to consider a 1440p monitor.

The larger workspace makes a pretty large difference IMO.

A 4K monitor can do the same with scaling but not all applications play well with that (blurry text).
