Issues with Windows 10 Pop-up Keyboard

Every time I log into my computer, whether it be before I'm logged in, or after I'm logged in. The on-screen keyboard does not fail to annoyingly appear.

 

I would like some help with this predicament, I do not want to be presented with a virtual keyboard if I already have one plugged in.
