This has bad bang for buck. If you cant afford an SSD and HDD then get a SSD first. You also pretty much copied someone else's build

Neither, the Pentium G4500 is complete dogshit for gaming. I mean it is truly awful. The one you want is the Pentium G4560, which is awesome because it has hyperthreading, making it effectively an i3 for Pentium prices. The RX 460 is a bad value at that price too. Spend another $20 on the GTX 1050 Ti or even better another $45 on the RX 470.

That's a nice build if the op is willing to do a BIOS update from a USB stick. If not he should spend the $20 extra on a B250 board.
