Planning on Upgrading

Hey !

My Rig at the Moment :

Case: Sharkoon VG5-W(Green)

Motherboard: AsRock B85M

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury (2x4Gb) DDR3

CPU: Intel i5 4460

CPU Cooler: Stock Intel cooler

PSU: Thermaltake TR2 S 500W ATX 2.3

GPU: AMD R9 390

HDD: Toshiba 1TB

Because i play many CPU intensive Games like : League of Legends, Minecraft, Arma §, Counter Strike Global Offensive, H1Z1 King of the Kill, ....

I asked myself if upgrading the Cpu to a 7700/7700K, a Z270 Motherboard, a good Cooler and 16 GB to maybe 32 GB of DDR4 Ram are worth it.

(The new Ryzen Cpu Lineup seems also perfect for my Idea but i have to look at the performance i get from them.

Or do you think it would be smarter getting something like a Xeon E3-1231 V3, 8GB more of Ram, a good Cooler and then maybe a

better Graphicscrad like a GTX 1070 (or wait for the Vega GPUs to come out)

The difference between i5 and i7 in most games is very small. If you want to upgrade you should consider i5 7400/7500/7600/7600k. However the i5 4460 is fine as well.
8gb ram is fine for gaming. Anything more than 16gb is waste of money.
If you can find a good deal in xeon cpu, yes get it.
