New Phone? Now or later

Akadis

So atm I have a OnePlus One.

befor that i had the Sony Z and Z2 -> which i really liked for being waterproof and the great cam at daylight (night is awful and i won't say something about the front cam xD)

now I want a new phone.

are the sony devices still viable or should i change the brand (google, samsung, htc, ...)?

also I thought about waiting for the new Iphones but I am really not sure.

Any tipps, suggestions or thoughts on this topic??

Thanks in advance

PS: Money is a thing as it schould be below 800-900EUR

If you like the stock android experience of the Oneplus, the 3T is awesome. it's only shortcoming is that it's not waterproof.

if the waterproofing is really important to you, but stock android is something you're willing to give up, then wait for the LGG6 or Galaxy S8. it's also much more expenisve.

if you want waterproofing and stock android, then Oneplus 4 might be for you, but you will need to wait a while for that.

HTC U Ultra is also worth a look, but probably not a buy.

I was always kind of a iphone hater for the price, since android phones come close know i don't really have something to say against them ^^ but I only go for it if the rest isn't as viable

I would suggest wait till MWC,even if a phone doesn't attract your attention I am pretty sure the prices of phone existing phones should drop.

Wait for MWC if you have that kind of budget. There will be a lot of new stuff coming out, along wit the new Nokia! Which hopefully destroys everything else out this year. Their 6 phone had some pretty buffed spec for the price.
