G27 shifter clamp stuck

I tried to move my shiter by little bit so i can use part of my table, but the screw or knob to release the clamp is now rock solid, i don't know why it did that. Is there any easy solution? Thanks

The wrench will ruin the plastic and i tried, still not moving

I accidentally fixed it, i gave it one more shot to twist it with my hand and suddelny it works. Thanks
