A 4GB RX460 should be fine.

Neither, buy a new 1060 or if you can afford, 1070. But only if you plam to upgrade your cpu, otherwise a 470 would be more than enough.

Honestly, MC is much more intensive on the CPU than the GPU. A 1060 6GB would work great, or a RX 480 8GB for slightly less.

since you're in a prebuilt case and most likely it's gonna have a crap 400w psu, I'd say get a 480 4GB or 1050Ti.

does the PSU have a 6 pin PCI-E power connector?

idk

you'd even be fine with an RX460, if all you plan on is recording minecraft. The recording software is mostly RAM and storage speed, and minecraft is mostly cpu reliant, like he said, so if you're just having trouble doing that, try upgrading your RAM, or your HDD to an SSD, if applicable.

Gonna say basically this, just depends on preference.

ok cool! so how much is it?

Which part? SSDs are relatively expensive especially the larger they get, RAM can also be costly depending on the amount, RX460s are around $110-$150

You'll want to upgrade your cpu, it'll bottleneck the 480 for games like GTA, BF1, if you ever play them.

How much can you spend on one and how fast do you want it to be? I can use that to answer your question.
