Power Lead Plugs Won't Fit Behind Cabinet

Lazmarr

Not sure where the appropriate place to put this was.

Neither of power lead plug ends that came with my amp will fit behind my cabinet. This prevents me from plugging it in.

The power lead in question is a 250V 10A  IEC 60320 C17 with a CEE 7/XVII European two-prong plug.

The cable itself will fit behind the cabinet. I am not sure what I can do to make this work without drilling holes in the wall-mounted cabinet. Perhaps cutting the lead in two and splicing them back together?

I'm not sure how to go about that and what I would need.

Any help is appreciated.
