I want to get a new ipad for some video editing on imovie beacause i dont have any apple products so i cant run it

So is ipad mini 4 good for that and some other stuff ?

When will the support for it end?

Why do you need iMovie when programs like DaVinci resolve are free?

I need i move because i tried a lot of pc software and it is not good and for adobe premire it is expinsive and hard to use
