That one Jonnyguru tested seems to be a completely different unit.

 

What you linked to Amazon seems like a cheapish CWT design, though with DC-DC.

What you linked to Jonnyguru seems like a good quality Enhance Design.

 

What do you have?

Doesn't look good...

Caps aren't the best and just 8pin Protection IC, so no OCP on +12V; maybe no UVP and also probably no OCP on +5V and +3,3V...
