Doesn't look good...

Caps aren't the best and just 8pin Protection IC, so no OCP on +12V; maybe no UVP and also probably no OCP on +5V and +3,3V...

A pic of the actual PSU would be better ;)

 

But it looks like you have the better one, made by ENhance. So no need for replacement...
