For some reason ,there is 100W difference between the RX 480 and the R9 280 O_o
Also,  I couldn't find the G4560, so I added a similar one to the calculator...

A G4560 and R9 280 shows as 254W.

Things like SSD's,HDD's and Ram use very little power. Same goes for Mouse/Keyboard and Fans. A 450W is enough for what you need.
