Can you use a leaf blower to clean a PC?

Okay, I know that that sounds like a horrible idea. However, I heard about it on Carey Holzman's YouTube channel last night and tried it on a 13 year old junk PC in my basement and it worked great. He also has this video showing how it's done:

Is this safe/a good idea?

Probably not. I know that with vacuums lots of static can accumulate when using it so I'm guessing the same would happen for a leafblower. Static+electronics=:( so...

This is cheaper and easier though, not to mention better for the environment.
