dual core ht? or super cheap quad core? for gaming

I'm on a SUPER budget and have a $60 pentium (kaby lake) is there a decent quad core that's new (i can buy off newegg or any online store)c and around this price pount or stick with the pentium

 

I will be playing games like gta 5 rainbowsix seige overwatch cs go and other games that will come out after a while (not sure what games though)

A g4560 is the best bet to be honest. There probably arent any cheap i5's even if they're used, because they're not exactly old.

 

He'll be able to reach 60fps on high-ultra in most of those settings with a g4560 + rx470. 30-40FPS if he gets a 1050 TI.

how much is 470 compared to the ti? in usd? also what about a 1050 (I'm giving my lil bro my 1050 I got 3 months ago we don't have the money to buy a new graphics card for him) he doesn't really care about graphics he only cares when it looks like colored sand splashed on a screen like he's doing now for overwatch

The 470 is about 20-30% faster than the 1050 ti for 20% price difference I think. I worked out those numbers in CAD so I don't know how well it carries over. 

 

 

RX470 is 170 usd 1050 TI is 140usd
