How many watts for new PSU?

Hi hi!  I'm putting a semi new pc together and i just want opinions on how many watts my psu should have.

  • Gigabyte GA-H170-HD3-DDR3 - ATX / H170
  • Intel Pentium G4560
  • ASUS Dual gtx1060-O6G
  • ram 4x4gb sticks
  • Case Fans x2
  • 1 SSD
  • 1 HDD
  • DAC FiiO E10k

as well as mouse and keyboard ofc...

Im likely to upgrade CPU and GPU at a later stage so some "Future proofing" would be nice

The current PSU im planning to buy is a Be quiet straight power 10 500w

Thanks in forehand  =)

Yes, 500W is more than enough for pretty much any system nowadays. You could upgrade to an i7 and a GTX 1080 with that.

pcpartpicker will give you a close estimate of how many watts your system will use, I'd add 25% to that to be on the safe side.

(Not sure why you're going with an H170 board for this setup though...)

Does you mum know you're here?

The pentiums cant be overclocked so no point in z series, however as the OP is already planning on adding another CPU later I do see your point there

Exactly my point, you're not using any of the features of the H170 chipset with this build. If you want cheap as possible why not get a H110 motherboard?

Or, if you want to upgrade later go for a B250. Or Z170 if you want to overclock. You'd need to get DDR4 memory for that though...

It seems i can't find any  H110 boards in sweden that also are ddr3 and have 5+ usb ports in the back

(i want all usb peripherals to connect there)
