No, that's ridiculous. Look at the benchmarks.

I am installing server right now, what are the gains?

What % faster is 780Ti over 780?

Not exactly sure. ~15%

okay. What else should I do? Should I go super clocked or overclock myself? Also acx or reference?

Not reference. Any aftermarket 780 will do. Oc it yourself.

Again, it's probably better to get an aftermarket 290 for the vram and memory bandwidth.

So you would go acx over reference 780 and oc it myself?

I'd go for the cheapest dual/triple fan cooler or whatever looked the best.

I still don't get why you want different displays and such and expensive mobo. It's not like you're going for a gold theme here.

I need 10 sata ports, like the dual nic, and the dual x16 for pcie cards. I like the ws board, If you know another board with 10 sata 6g ports, and dual nic I might use it.

newegg limits the ips monitor you suggested so I can only buy 2, that's why I have the asus 1ms one because it looks similar

Get this instead then: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vn248h

There's an order limit of 5 instead.

Dvi and hdmi carry the same signal.

I don't get how you'd need 10 sata 6gb/s ports (which you don't. Hdd's barely saturate 3gb/s) and only need 16GB ram.

The stock case fans are fine. No need for more fans. Also, less fans = less interference with the airflow and less noise.

Asrock isn't garbage. They just aren't as popular.

My mistake, I am using z87 which has 6 sata 6g, and I need 4 more sata ports.

I suppose I can use adapters, just dont want to buy them.

noise doesn't matter, I want to populate all the fan mounts with blue led fans for show (sickleflows) and nff12s for the h100i

Anything from asus?

how about the 2 monitewrs you first recomended and a pb238q? (How do I calibrate it?)

Sickleflows are fine for the h100i.

Use these for the case: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/prolimatech-case-fan-probv14led

Asrock was created by Asus...

Calibrate what?

The sickleflows are cheaper but the Prolimatechs move more air while being quieter--they also look better as case fans. Also the brightness of the sicklefows variate with the fan speed and that would be nice for the inside lighting of the case but not the case fans.

There's no calibrating.

Don't you have to calibrate ips monitors?

I have a bitphoenix alchemy strip for lighting.

I want all 120mm fans.

Calibration is up to you. they're usually fine right out of the box.

Why all 120mm's... 140mm's fit the case better.

In that case, those 140's for the case, and nff12's for the h100i.

I will calibrate because I am a pro user and need better color. How do I go about this?

what about the bottom fan mount? does it take 140's?

Why NF-F12's? I love noctua but they would kill the theme in your case.

*shrug* There should be buttons on the monitor and you press them? not sure what you'r asking for here.

The mobo is gold/black, the gpu is silver/black, the fans and lights are blue. I don't have a theme. I am using nff12's for performance

I will just google it, I want perfect colors, and I believe it is a matter of software and hardware..
