Nice deal right there! Hell, you can always get this deal and sell the case to get some of your money back from the motherboard purchase, that is if you want a different case.

The Asus TUF Z270 Mark 2 can be had for $140 on its own.

The P400 does not cost $110.

That is the Mark 2, not the Mark 1. It's like saying you got fooled for buying the Extreme for $300 if you could've bought the Hero for $150. It's not the same motherboard.
